It felt more like a conversation about OUR future than an interview.

Serving the customer and improving my job. (Daily snacks, frequent holiday parties and perks are helpful too)

Very modest and humble team, always in the backgrounds and do work that benefits our internal customers greatly.

There is level of transparency you don't get in other organizations and they foster a great culture for their respective departments.

My immediate team are do-ers, nothing ever gets left uncomplete. We could improve strategically but that will come with learning and development.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My initial phone call with the talent manager was unforgettable. Best first interview I have ever had, seriously. It was as if I was talking to my best-friend of 20 years, more a conversation than an interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very approachable and personable. I've been with the company for 6 weeks, already met each of the ELT and had a Get-To-Know-You (30 minute meeting) with the COO, CPO and had new-hires lunch with CEO. FYI I am NOT manager level.
