I've been working here for over a year now and I am still loving the challenge and the culture. Everyone is always working hard towards building a greater team! Always excited to share and hear what I can learn from others.

Great bonus structure. You work harder and you work as a team for higher compensation. Good mixture of team and individual compensation metrics

I was able to meet a few managers and get a sense of the culture at the company. Everyone was very easy-going and I felt like I could be myself.

They are extremely friendly, open, and engaging. They are open to have one on one meetings to discuss ideas, concerns or suggestions to better the process, department, and company as a whole.
