They live by our values and lead by example and are extremely approachable and empathetic. They truly believe in our company culture and continually deliver on improving it.

Feedback is not only encouraged but fostered. We're asked to consistently share feedback with teammates and leadership, and folks here are almost always great at providing insightful and actionable feedback in a positive manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working as a team to build and develop our products, and then seeing the value and excitement our efforts bring to our customers. Recognition is always given where deserved, and we often celebrate individual accomplishments as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has whole heartedly bought-in to creating a world class culture focused on creating the runway employees and teams need to learn and grow in their careers while also providing ample support to help those employees reach their personal development goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Every single interaction felt more like a conversation between old friend rather than a job interview. Interviewers arrived to interview prepped, asked really great hard hitting questions, and were always forthcoming. At no point did I not know what next steps were, and follow ups were always prompt

Diversity is at the core of our success as a team. There are folks from so many backgrounds, industries, etc. that everyone brings and shares input based on their own unique perspectives. Our team is made up of genuinely amazing human beings, who buy into team dynamics and consistently contribute.
