Vena really does care and listens. They offer great healthy food options. They foster collaboration even outside of the day-to-day. Vena is constantly evolving and asking employees what they want.

They value employees and always want to hear from us about our culture. They embrace an open door policy and they are approachable. They are always trying to ensure Vena is a supportive, inclusive and great place to work!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager cares about my career progression. He's helped me to take steps to better reflect my job titles. He's hired great team members and knows that we are all capable of self initiating, working together and that we'll get the job done.
