What are some of the best things about your team?
Team fosters an inclusive culture with lots of different events outside work to meet one another. Strong emphasis on keeping a balance as well. That said, there is also a high performance culture. We do a great job, and we do it together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency around both strategic and financial objectives. Makes it feel as though we're working toward a unified goal and part of something bigger even as a junior employee. They also make an effort to provide methods to be exposed to them regularly like weekly Town Halls.
