They are transparent and accessible. They are solutions focused and passionate about what they do.

PTO and Summer Fridays are great. The benefits package is also good - pretty standard.

The best people I have ever worked with. They are so kind and we are constantly learning from one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and the contribution I make. The level of trust the company has in me and the responsibility that they have given me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though my compensation is just okay. I say "okay" because I feel like I'm not compensated equally to the wider market, as many people do the same job as me with less responsibility and more pay at other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the reason why I come to work. I actually miss them when I take time away from work and I truly enjoy spending my time with them. They are creative, and we have a diverse set of skills and perspectives on the team. We are comfortable sharing our ideas and opposing views.
