I've seen Vena nearly triple in size from when I started, but I wouldn't say that the culture has drastically changed from its core roots. It's easy to collaborate, meet new people even when virtual, and we get a lot of insight into company performance. I love working here!

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Vena's ELT is extremely approachable, transparent, and does a great job at seeing the big picture. They recognize when change is needed and are quick to act.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Vena office is such a vibe! It's great for collaborating. Remote culture is good too and there is a lot of effort to be inclusive, but the remote culture could use a bit of work.
