The very open culture with relation to work life balance and mental health. I feel safe to be myself and advocate for my needs as it relates to work life balance and mental health
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is that it is designed to be achievable. I have worked for over 20 years in sales and more often than not targets / bonus levels are set to not be achievable. Vena's targets are very achievable and over achievement is rewarded well.
