What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great Base Pay and Stock Options. I would say the bonus value could be higher at Vena compared to other companies in our industry, but overall great package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO at Vena Solutions is very personable and professional. There are frequent meetings where the business of the company is laid out in a transparent manner and he does his best to make sure we reach our goals both personally and professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my team members are very personable and professional. I have multiple teammates I can call on for a personal or professional chat. They also have a "Vena buddy" system here and that has been beneficial to my development in the early stages here at Vena.
