What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am paid well for my role and experience level. I enjoy the quarterly bonuses and my base salary. There are also periodic awards, gifts, stock compensation, and monthly phone / remote allowances.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Vena are very transparent and honest with how the company is doing and what our goals and values are. They care about our customers and about our team. They lead weekly town halls that are full of interesting updates and announcements on our progress.
