Everyone is performing to their very best. It is great to collaborate with the team as everyone is always willing to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really try their best to bring transparency to the entire organization in those weekly town hall meetings that we host at Vena.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers were very positive and made me feel very comfortable. We were having just a day-to-day conversation. Very good first impression of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no micro-management at Vena. Managers a very understanding of everyone's requests or personal situations, and they trust you. That really helps foster a strong belonging culture and an even stronger team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the package is pretty decent, and they are trying to make it even better so I am happy, as they are currently working to make it better for us. I believe this will happen as they had already improved certain portions of it. For example having a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA), etc.
