Its been a long ride. This company has gone through alot of growing pains since starting. But I feel we've matured quite well. My only complaint is I would like to see the quality of our product mature as well.

Company has a lot of events and social activities
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning about new technologies. Vena has opportunity to work with cutting edge stuff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just a fun group of people to converse with and work with. Lots of great people at this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to care about their staff. Since Hunter's arrival I've notice alot of positive new changes in the company and stock options
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am paid fairly for my work, plus I have stock option and benefits, there's even retirement savings plan. Also since I have been here 5 years, I get 4 weeks vacation
