I love working for a company whose process is always evolving. Its not perfect but this evolving process has provided me with opportunities for my career that I would never have gotten at any other company. The people I work with cross functionally and within my own team are supportive and amazing.

The leadership team all has different perspectives and come from different backgrounds. This helps us become more innovative as to how we approach problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of heavy hitting go-getting people. Thats not even the best part. The best part is that they can work hard and play hard. We can tell jokes and get things done all within the same zoom sitting.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people we work with. I work in Product and Development and our department has some stereotypes in the tech industry. They're right, but we also add onto those sterotypes with our own flare. We don't just have the typical personalities, we have a diverse family.
