What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never seen a leadership team that is as balanced as this one is in tech. It's a hard thing to find!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick, short interviews. There were a lot of them but it allowed me to be introduced to a bunch of team members before making my final decision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time off element of the package takes into consideration vacation, personal days, wellness days and even offers a volunteer day. In addition, the company is offering Summer Hours on Friday! Excellent attention to work/life balance!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The onboarding process starts with "Get To Know You" meetings where your team members will reach out to you, not just to discuss business but to get to know YOU! That GTKY culture lives in the team even after onboarding is complete. That's special.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity! At my last Tech company the culture was to hide things that were less than optimal. At Vena, everything is out there ... good, bad or indifferent. This means that people can jump in and help to solve things. I've seen it in action.
