What is the best part about your compensation package?The bonus is a great perk.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Most of the people are friendly and supportive and a pleasure to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to listen to the support staff and take better care of those of us who are working hard and doing great jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My job has grown so much that I've had 2 title changes but neither has been an actual promotion with a raise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There are some great people at Venable, but there's also some dead weight and we need to let them go.
