I think they have made some good decisions over Covid, and should continue to work to increase wages and PTO
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should be paid more. Seems like 3% raise is barely keeping up with the Cost of living, let alone the cost of living raise.
