I've been here for 3 years now and I've honestly loved every second of it. I wish the raises were a bit more but who doesn't. The customers are some of the nicest I've ever experienced and to have so many in upper management that know who all their Employees are and care is amazing.

They are all very approachable and want the best for everyone on their team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's not some random person you're never going to see again doing the interview. It's your potential future Managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving a goal and my Manager truly being excited for me about it. Knowing they're just as invested in my future success as I am.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance is actually pretty good and doesn't cost an arm and leg out of each of my checks. The PTO time policy could be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we should receive higher pay for taking on more Lines of Business. Our raises even for those that received the highest percentage were well below inflation rates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even with working from home, there are so many chats with people just chit-chatting and asking about your day and having fun. Management is great about reaching out seeing how you're doing on a personal level.
