My pay seems to be consistent with or slightly above the market average; i.e., I feel my pay matches my contributions to the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Unlike some companies I have worked at, there are fewer politics here at Ventech that allow me to focus my energy on doing a good job versus spending energy on nonproductive politics
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our culture embraces People First, and the leadership team puts those words into actions by investing in the people. Most of the companies I have worked for embrace bell curves and metrics that are focused on the company's profitability but Ventech always puts the people first.
