Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel used a lot. I feel like I'm not good enough for the title for anything I apply for, but they think I'm good enough to do certain parts of the job. I'm expected to just do the tasks that are out of the scope of my position with no recognition. I don't feel valued as part of my team either.
