The company has no identity of itself, and is just an extension of the CMS client

Transition to new CEO (Tonia) is a good step forward for the company from startup to operational growth

I am free and encouraged to speak about any issue to leadership and allowed to use my own voice/language rather than having to use safe corporate language

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The role and work I perform is not accurately reflected in my title and comp level. The company doesn't invest in employee growth correctly to ensure a strong future workforce The company goal system doesn't align to goals so comp awards can not be objectively measured
