Its not clear what the path is to promotions, even when asked.

The leadership is new (under a year) so I am not decided yet.

work from home, supportive about not having to go back into an office with Covid

I believe that my compensation is well under what others in my position are making.

No career path for promotion, even when asked what do I need to do there is no answer. Job titles and descriptions are outdate and do not apply to position. Titles equate to compensation. The benefits have declined over the years, especially the medical. 9hr days and a day off would be apprec.
