It has been a pleasure working at Ventech Solutions and being part of a maturing program. I have grown my skills and experience along with the organization, which has been really rewarding. I love the focus of the company on servant leadership as that was a theme at the college I attended.

Training budget allocated to each employee and that we follow Federal holidays

There seems to be a relatively open environment, where people want to their best and work with each other.

The HIDS team is moving in the right direction and seems to be in good relations with our ISG customer.
