i am worried about not getting new contract work, there is room for growth but no visible effort to make changes, CEO/chairman seems preoccupied with other things. my team and my manager is great.

I don't know much about the leadership team. I think there could be more transparency with what's going on in upper management

my team communicates and works well together. we are transparent and share ideas and suggestions with each other well and are always asking for feedback from each other to make sure the best work is delivered
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be higher based on the amount of work we do. healthcare benefits are trash this year, worse from last year, our HR person is supposed to vouch for us but I don't feel employee's voices were heard in any decisions regarding the healthcare plans. more perks, wellness reimbursement
