What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Being about to work with people, both internal and external that really care about making a different.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People work HARD and are constantly working to know their LOB in and out. I love collaborating with people my team and learning with and from them. Unfortunately, our leader constantly gaslights us and put us down to leadership behind out backs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leads/SMEs/IB are not valued, its evident in the most recent hirings. Sups dont know LOB information and work is pushed onto Leads/SMEs. There is no accountability for poor performers. We are so management heavy were are not taking care of the agents who work so hard to support the Service Center.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership is out of touch. The people who make the decisions do not have agents best interest in mind. The training team hasnt taken a call in years, which means that agents struggle after training to keep up with the ever changing LOBs. The second to most recent manager is terrible with people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Agents are not given the ability to become great at one LOB, instead as soon as they start to grasp an LOB they are thrown into a crosstraining and are ok at 2 LOBs. Were now in a position where there is no one worth promoting. Focus on your nurturing your employees and less on 'becoming agile.'
