The overall experience is amazing. I would like to have more PTO time as there should be a chance to roll over your PTO or have more when coming into the company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive leadership team is very upfront with the vision of the future. My direct manager is very supportive of the initiatives and is always willing to collaborate on a multitude of items so that we can deliver the best viable product to our customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interaction with the team, most of our jobs if not all can be done at different companies throughout the country. But this team is irreplaceable and truly makes coming to work each and every day a tremendous joy. It is very rewarding to be a member of such an amazing team and community.
