my overall experience is great. However, we do not get bonuses, company credit cards for expenses, and the insurance premiums are extremely high. Also, I have not heard of any external benefits for discount programs, i.e. ticketsatwork or Purchasing power or any Microsoft products

The flexibility to be myself. The Ventech leadership team understands the government red tape and I see that leadership is making strides each and every day.
