What do you like best about the leadership team?It's ok. It can get really busy during peak season. There are too many managers which causes a lot of confusion at times. Other than that, everything seems fine.
What are some of the best things about your team?A lot of us get really close to each other. It's nice to form a bond with time members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We get a lot of breaks. It isn't too bad. The customers are the worst part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Our employee discount isn't great. Being a part-time employee I don't get paid super well. It's annoying to work the max part-time hours and not get paid well.
