Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and have a great attitude. Everyone on the team works hard so you don't feel like you're in this together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make an impact on the company whether it be directly on the bottom line, process improvement, strategic initiatives, etc. and helping out my coworkers by providing them with support when possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the pay for my role for the location we're in is a bit under market and industry average and the lack of annual raises makes it a little hard to feel valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is the most positive aspect of my company. I've worked for several companies and she's been the best leader I've ever had. Even though she's from the Vervent Card side and is still learning to adapt to Vervent Services, her leadership qualities surpass any challenges we face.
