Not honest. Words and actions domt truly match
Amazing leadership team who cares about our veterans.
The Veterans Administration is rotten and corrupt from the top down. The recent promotion and reassignment of a Sioux Falls MCD that blatantly broke federal whistleblower laws proves that nothing has changed at the VA. Incompetence and illegal retaliation against federal employees is encouraged.
Not sure this is government institution
unappreciated....led at top by incompetent hypocrites.

the pay scale being used for this group of project managers is sub-par compared to the outside world.
Require every one in DC to have had to work in the field at an actual medical center for a minimum of 5 years before working central office. Anything else is not going to do anything to improve the culture.

Not available for my position. However, there are many in the facility that can do a 'work from home' tour.
If you are not clinical staff [i.e required to see patients] it is pretty open, however you had better be at home working and no children in the house without a dedicated sitter. You can get busted big time if you are off shopping or doing it to try to save childcare expenses. I have seen people lose their jobs for not being at home when the VA police show up.
