All staff including clinical are extremely underpaid. We do not wven receive a cost of living raise that keeps up with the cost of living. We are not receiving our usual end of year bonus and they took away our matxh for retirement. All equates to a pay cut.

Leadership should LEAD! We have zero leadership... just puppets for management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To he paid a fair wage and keep up with cost of living. Until employees receive that management should take pay cuts.
