Communication os pretty good now
Allowing independence in the workplace.
The leadership team are driven by a greater cause and are clear in their vision and path for the organization. They are very personable and approachable and love to engage with everyone in the company. Hearing "the why" from the leaders is very powerful.
Organized, friendly, supportive , helpful, flexible
Organization, reaponsiveness, and active listener
Communicating HONESTLY with staff. Leadership is a joke.
Communicating and being supportive of their employees
Being more supportive. Being present.
Review from Operations Dept
Everything. Communication. Expectations exceed compensation.
Valuing and Respecting their employees
401k is ok. Better than nothing.
It is standard nothing special
Pay but now we all know why.
generous PTO (the problem is being able to take it). They offer Volunteer paid time off as well if you volunteer with a non-profit organization. 401k could be better matched... Medical coverage has been good so far. Some benefits aren't actively shared though, but if you search you find them.
Low cost insurance that's good.
I was recruited, left my former job. Let go/reduction in force after 10 months. There are now no jobs in my field where I live. Can't uproot my kids. Extremely unprofessional. Destabilizing. Beyond frustrating for a professional to experience. AND the company continued to hire redundant staff.
VMD physician contract was so complexed with so many loop holes. It came back to bite them
Restore 401k contibutions--pay better for APP supervision
By actually paying bonuses and 401ks and giving hard working employees rewards for their hard work
Pay for experience and flexibilty.
I did like the other staff I worked with for the most part. Every place has one or two people who are hard to work with.
We are sll convinced that we are delivering good medicine for out patients
They are old company folks going through the same VMD management failures. A support group
Some of the team are professionals, some are not
The market teams at Village are dedicated to serving their patients.
Standing up for one another. Stop lying about being happy with their job.
they need to be more nice
If they were paid fairly then they would do better at their jobs, but why should they when we get treated awful
My patients. When I shut the door to the patients room the world is good.
The mission to provide quality care
I’m positively no longer working the
Review from Operations Dept
When my shift is over
We have a great team. Work well together. But They are slowly leaving ?
More respect for employees. Show you value the employees.
Good leaders, less toxicity more transparency
Credentialing to where all providers accept the same insurance as advertised. Access to hospital records, lunch, admin time, reasonable expectations, & everything else promised when hired
This program needs to change
more supportive local or in market management
The people were friendly during the interview.
The depth of knowledge of the interveiwer
Thay did not really interview me. They clinical lead just wanted to meet me then told me what i would be doing and said i would get a call with an offer. I di, i accepted and started working.
We were acquired, not much of a process.
Not relevant. I was hired prior to the buyout.
Be more organized, and caring
The commitment of my coworkers
Helping patients each and every day
The patients, my direct team and I love what I do.
Helping patents improve thier health
Helping meet individuals needs and wishes.
Employees are not being taken care of.
Villge is out of touch with the local community. We used to be a small independent physicians group. Now its too regimented, production driven, and quality sacrificed for cheapness and speed.
No sure, the company is running out of money
Billing errors and lack of tangible support staff and customer service starting to undermine the good work the providers and staff are doing
Bad communication and comments on this site
