At Villagemd, happy is a movement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees are not being taken care of.
Villge is out of touch with the local community. We used to be a small independent physicians group. Now its too regimented, production driven, and quality sacrificed for cheapness and speed.
No sure, the company is running out of money
Billing errors and lack of tangible support staff and customer service starting to undermine the good work the providers and staff are doing
Bad communication and comments on this site
