Thay did not really interview me. They clinical lead just wanted to meet me then told me what i would be doing and said i would get a call with an offer. I di, i accepted and started working.

Good conversations and learned a lot
Interviewing is fine but hiring process is very lengthy and lacks appropriate people input. Much is done remotely and doesn’t allow for human elements of an interview. The talent department is a big title for a failed team of young inexperienced individuals that delay and lose good hir
The leadership was pleasant during the interview
I was really appreciative of the timeline. They conducted both an initial and second interview the same day. There was just a long wait in between the two. The questions were straight forward and nothing seemed loaded, or deceptive.
Honesty and openness of the managers.
The recruiter and recruitment support team were very professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They made themselves available for my questions and responded in a timely fashion. They we very transparent when it came to work environment and expectations. Great experience!
