What do you like best about the leadership team?

Communication os pretty good now

Allowing independence in the workplace.

The leadership team are driven by a greater cause and are clear in their vision and path for the organization. They are very personable and approachable and love to engage with everyone in the company. Hearing "the why" from the leaders is very powerful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating HONESTLY with staff. Leadership is a joke.

Listening tobthose who are seeing patients. New company but do not have a voice.

Learning to work with different diversities, most dislike their personality and continue to have problems until termination. They should also be taught to accept when an employee says no when asked for additional work including travel without being held accountable in the future and later fired
