- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communicating HONESTLY with staff. Leadership is a joke.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was recruited, left my former job. Let go/reduction in force after 10 months. There are now no jobs in my field where I live. Can't uproot my kids. Extremely unprofessional. Destabilizing. Beyond frustrating for a professional to experience. AND the company continued to hire redundant staff.
