VillageMD Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k is ok. Better than nothing.

It is standard nothing special

Pay but now we all know why.

generous PTO (the problem is being able to take it). They offer Volunteer paid time off as well if you volunteer with a non-profit organization. 401k could be better matched... Medical coverage has been good so far. Some benefits aren't actively shared though, but if you search you find them.

Low cost insurance that's good.

Pay and time off and 401k

In addition to financial compensation and investments, you can't beat the healthcare options. The VillageMD Value-Based plan is a huge value add to the benefits package that give you a lot of flexibility but most importantly is an amazing cost savings. Best plan I've had from an employer plan!

Benefots are excellent and fait

My health insurance is the best

All benefits in one package

My compassion package is fair

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation package seems fair for the industry and the ability to contribute to a mission I think is worthwhile.

The compensation package at Villagemd is fair, taking into consideration the current market.

Benefits are competitive and fair!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was recruited, left my former job. Let go/reduction in force after 10 months. There are now no jobs in my field where I live. Can't uproot my kids. Extremely unprofessional. Destabilizing. Beyond frustrating for a professional to experience. AND the company continued to hire redundant staff.

VMD physician contract was so complexed with so many loop holes. It came back to bite them

Restore 401k contibutions--pay better for APP supervision

By actually paying bonuses and 401ks and giving hard working employees rewards for their hard work

Pay for experience and flexibilty.

Underpaid for the amount of work we do.

To he paid a fair wage and keep up with cost of living. Until employees receive that management should take pay cuts.

Fair pay for wRVUs and Medicare 2021 fee schedule

When you are performing well and one of the companies best performers you are ignored or not valued. You get better compensation if you are new hire, unproven, less productive, and obedient

I dont believe im getting paid market value
