Good leaders, less toxicity more transparency
Credentialing to where all providers accept the same insurance as advertised. Access to hospital records, lunch, admin time, reasonable expectations, & everything else promised when hired
This program needs to change
more supportive local or in market management
Listen to the providers and train MAs.
Team lead can make your day horrible if they dont like you. I believe there should be anonymous monthly surveys for all employees for better feedback of concerns in the work place
