Virtana Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health benefits are good. lack of a 401k match is horrible.. And the last round of layoffs came with almost zero severance so that's not even in the picture.

Salary+bonus put me in a competitive bracket, and health insurance is excellent. That's all I really need in terms of comp.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All the employees sticking with all the ups and downs deserve a little better pay.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Add a company 401K matching program

Merit-based pay & raises based on performance should be included in compensation plan, as well as more frequent stock awards for high performers.
