Company was doing fine until "Pivot to Cloud" became the word of the day...Spent years ignoring their core product and now they can't understand why they can't sell it. Add that to mass layoffs, canning a lot of the core group that made the company what it is, and it's not good news.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are a lot of meetings for the sake of meetings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop chasing fads. You're an infrastructure company with delusions of being a cloud company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits are good. lack of a 401k match is horrible.. And the last round of layoffs came with almost zero severance so that's not even in the picture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Kash needs to go. The company has gone nothing but downhill since he became CEO. It amazes me that the board hasn't moved on that yet...given the sustained failures of the last 3 years...
