I'm most happy at work when I see people get recognized for their efforts. I like that there's a constant feedback loop between the leadership teams, managers and staff.
What did you like most about the interview process?
For me, the part of the interview process that I liked most was, I was given a chance to succeed here, even though my educational background and work historty where in different fields. I was brought on and given a change to learn how to transfer my previous experiences to my new role.
