What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Outside of labor (sorry - it's a real pain point), the company really values their people. When labor is on the radar - it's challenging to try to drive all inatitives simultaneously and successfully.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a team where people are inspired by each other and support each other. It's refreshing to be part of team that understands when one wins - we all win. This is uncommon in many places outside.
