I think the company as a whole is good, but there are always room for improvement. I think job advancement opportunities is a joke as much as its said Grow our own. Its more like Grown as long as not to much training is needed. It's very hard to advance in this company with a decent pay wage.

Sometimes I feel like there's no growth with my position. Same task everyday and there's a lack of change when change is needed.
