
We have a good working relationship. Drama is kept to a minimum.
Getting my work done - lol, not getting behind, being of value to the team.
They are energetic and enthusiastic. I think they strive to be transparent. Those qualities filter down to the rest of the organization.
I like that they offer different choices. And I like the 401k match -though could always use more there, like a higher percentage on the match. :)
The leadership is on the younger side, and shows the enthusiasm and energy I mentioned before, and therefore connects well with the preponderantly young workers on the front lines.
