What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my salary is pretty fair in the market, though maybe not great. I love the free glasses and the 401K match.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Visionworks definitely encourages self-reliance and creative problem solving to stretch it's associates to be the best we can be, as opposed to just having to do exactly as we are told.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We've really made a huge shift as a company to be human and really respect and honor what makes us different. I love seeing a leadership team in a corporate environment who see their teams as people who are working to live and not just living to work.
