We have a great team. Our Supervisor is new to the organization and seems to be unengaged with our team.
The work load and stress level for many teams is very high, and some people are unsure of where they will fit into the organization's future.
It's extremely stressful right now because of the workload and competing projects, but it's important work that will take the organization to the next level. And that's very exciting.
Transparency and vision. I love the experience and passion they bring to the organization. Also we now have a very intelligent and innovative executive leadership team. It's a welcome change!
I feel my compensation is fair because I have no direct reports. I would like to participate in a bonus program based on my contribution to the orgnaization's goals and performance
I believe I'm compensated failry and our benefit package is better than many companies. I do wish I could participate in a bonus program so that my contributions to the organization are recognized.
