In my department we don't have time to think about being positive or negative. We only have time to do do do...
What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVE my job! I love what I do! I love coming to work. I enjoy the people, the office, the environment, the workload, the time, the space, the schedule and routine. This all makes me happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is great. My personal pay is minimal compared to others in the same/similar field in other companies. Our dept has not filled any positions in years and we are all overloaded and the 2% pay increase yearly is difficult for the additional responsibilities we maintain daily.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed in our old office on West Ave. It was a very casual interview for the first 45 minutes, then someone walked in and asked to roll play situations. This caused me to go into a nervous wreck. Still aced the interview and have been here 7 years!
