Not being able to have a work life balance. All the unpaid overtime that is worked
Being truthful of what will happen when you work here. That your on call 24/7 and it's extremely difficult to plan a life around your role.
Understand that the employees at the store level deal with all the issues that happen behind the scenes and we're the ones that are dealing with upset patients. Having the company show us the appreciation by allowing us to showcase support for our teams e.g. having the company provide lunch etc
