I enjoy what I do; working with the field and offering all the support I can to whichever project I am working on.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It did take time, but I appreciate the fact that they take the time to vet out people who are willing to put in the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We come to work everyday ready to serve our field teams. We are effective in supporting and giving great customer service to our stores and field leadership teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are some of the best I've seen in many years. Though I will admit that it doesn't seem right to pay for insurance but still not have enough money to actually use the insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now everyone is excited about a new direction; and everyone is working hard cross departmentally to make these new initiatives a success for our stores. Without our stores able to be successful, we wouldn't be here.
