Overall it is good, but our store feels this "turnaround" is just another corporate ruse.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it would be great if we could be paid a similar rate as other opticians in the area.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give associates more qualified training and tools. Back up those who do have the skills with compensation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the people that I work with in my store are great, but some of the associates from other stores really need to be trained more in optical knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They say we are stars but that is not how we feel. We want to put the customer first, but if the company doesn't put us first how can we put the customer first?
