can be stressful, we must able to do multi-tasks, longer hours to accomplish list of things; salary vs hourly cannot do

Hire people with better behaviors and manners, not just bring people to add a body with low pay.
What did you like most about the interview process?
hard to say, because in most times always we feel we are rushing for next assignment. would been nice if our company have pre-select possible candidates by utilized HR for this task, since they no have interact w/customers
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my ability to help our customer to choose the best frame style and lenses options. I enjoyed dispensed glasses and I'm promptly to react for any adjustments if needs. Help customer see better, give me a satisfaction what can I do to help others.
